Ability Dance Classes

Ballroom Fit Ability Dance Classes are an inclusive and uplifting dance program designed for people of all abilities to enjoy the joy of movement through ballroom and Latin dance.

Our Ability Dance classes focus on improving physical health, confidence, and social connection in a fun and welcoming environment. Dancing helps build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness, while also supporting mental well-being, memory, and self-expression.

At Ballroom Fit, there’s no pressure to get things perfect. It’s really about feeling good, giving it a go, and enjoying the music. Dancing helps with balance, fitness, and confidence, but honestly, the best part is seeing people relax, smile, and connect, rain, shine, or forty‑degree Perth days.

Ballroom Fit is a Registered NDIS Provider and a Registered Teaching Facility with DanceSport Australia, ensuring participants receive high-quality, safe, and supportive instruction.
